Membership Pricing

A membership with Webster Direct Primary Care covers unlimited visits with no copays, no surprise bills, and no insurance paperwork, saving you time and in many cases, money. Members reach me by phone or text, and appointments are available on a consistent, accessible schedule. Annual lab work is included, and additional labs are available at cost — a fraction of what most patients pay through insurance. Prescriptions are sent to your pharmacy as normal, and I'll always work to find the most affordable option for you. Your membership is the whole cost of primary care — nothing hidden, nothing extra.

Membership Pricing

  • Adults (20+): $100/month

  • Spouse Membership: $85/month

  • Children (ages 2–19): $35/month with an enrolled parent

  • Maximum Family Membership: $250/month

No family will pay more than $250 per month, regardless of the number of eligible family members enrolled.

Memberships are billed monthly, with one month free for annual payment.

Families with children under age 2 are welcome to contact us to discuss enrollment options. Enrollment of children under age 2 is considered on a case-by-case basis.

HSA Eligibility

As of January 2026, federal law allows Health Savings Account (HSA) funds to pay Direct Primary Care membership fees tax-free for anyone enrolled in a qualifying high-deductible health plan, up to $150/month for individuals and $300/month for families. Every Webster Direct Primary Care membership falls within those limits, so your membership can be paid pre-tax, dollar for dollar. Learn more from the IRS →
